Shipping & Returns

Yes! We ship across Europe and are happy to explore options for other regions. If you’re outside the EU, just reach out. We’ll do our best to get Pluk One to you.

Delivery times vary by location. Orders are typically shipped within 2–4 business days. International orders may take a bit longer depending on customs and local carriers.

All orders are shipped directly from our factory in the EU. This ensures fast, reliable delivery and minimal handling. Your Pluk One goes straight from production to your home. We also do this with the environment in mind: fewer transport steps mean lower emissions and a smaller carbon footprint.

We offer free shipping on within the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Poland.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. To start a return, contact us at welcome@pluk.design.

Return shipping costs are not covered unless the item is damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable service.

We’re currently online-only, but we’re working on expanding. If you’d like to see Pluk in a local shop, let us know via: welcome@pluk.design. We love hearing from you.

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Klarna and iDEAL. All transactions are securely processed.

Use a dry or slightly damp cloth to gently wipe the surface. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials to preserve the finish.

Pluk One is designed for indoor use only. Exposure to moisture or direct sunlight may affect its materials over time.
